SEC Pigskin Predictions

Well … it’s almost time, once again, for “toe to meet leather” (can I use an ACC legend reference in an SEC blog post? – oh, well) and that means that some predictions are in order – followed by, over the next few weeks, a team by team breakdown of all those who call the SEC home.  I know these type entries are up for major debate and ridicule; however, the grand thing is that evidentially the proof is in the pudding at the end of the day!!

BOLD PREDICTIONS!!

SEC East

South Carolina 10-2 / someone’s gotta take it away!

Georgia 10-2 / some progo’s have them 1st … prove it!

Florida 8-4 / tough road for 1st year coach!

Tennessee 8-4 / they’ll beat someone they shouldn’t … and lose to someone they shouldn’t!

Kentucky 6-6 / did you hear Tricky Ricky got a new contract … GO BIG BLUE!!

Vandy 3-9 / ummm …

SEC West

Alabama 10-2 / 1st year QB in the SEC … stingy defense keeps them from 8-4

LSU 10-2 / Nov. 5th is huge!

Arkansas 9-3 / Offense should be formidable with Knile Davis & Tyler Wilson

Mississippi State 6-6 / At Auburn and at UGA decides much!

Auburn 6-6 / No Cam … no bam!

Ole Miss 5-7 / Long year for the Rebs!
